Postage
We post throughout the UK, USA & Rest of the World. The parcel will be delivered via Royal Mail, myHermes, DHL or FedEx, depending on the destination.

An email will be sent as confirmation of postage with tracking and return details enclosed. Please note that items sent by courier are delivered Mon-Fri only, (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

All parcels require a signature on delivery. For any items that fail to be delivered, a card will be left and the item returned to the local Mail, DHL or FedEx depot for personal collection or scheduled redelivery. Items not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges if the 30 day return policy has elapsed.

PLEASE NOTE - Goods ordered from Air Cushion Boot Co. and shipped out of the EU may be liable for local Taxes and/or Customs Import Duty. Our courier company may also need to contact you to verify personal details - please ensure you have listed correctly your daytime telephone number.

Returns
We are pleased to refund unworn and unmarked goods that are returned with original packaging and box in a saleable condition accompanied with the purchase invoice within 30 days of the purchase date.

We are unable to provide refunds if the goods have been worn and you have changed your mind or if goods have been damaged after purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us. For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery in the UK or a courier service in the US or Europe.

Please use the 'contact us' button above to send an email detailing the problem, your telephone number and order number. We will then reply with a consignment number. Please note that no parcel will be accepted without a consignment number.
