Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?
UK mainland post is free, Europe is £20, International and ‘Rest of World’ is £30. Any taxes or duty fees incurred to ship abroad are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from Air Cushion Boot Co. 

Posting to Indonesia
We no longer ship Solovair Classic style shoes to Indonesia due to import restrictions, many apologies, but we can ship clothing at a cost of £11.

How long will it take to receive my order?
The majority of UK orders are sent by couriers offering a ‘Next Day’ service. Due to timing on when orders are received and dispatched it is not a service we guarantee but we do send parcels out on the same day of ordering if at all possible. We do not currently offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

NI postcodes and some UK postcodes are not eligible for a ‘Next Day’ courier service, you may be deemed to be too remote. If possible we will send the parcel by an alternative method such as Royal Mail or we will contact you and give a full refund along with an explanation.

How will my order be delivered?
Most orders will be delivered by UPS. Your items will be out for delivery between 7am and 6pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). On receipt of the goods a signature will be required. If nobody is available at the address specified, the courier will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbour or returned to a local depot, a card should be left giving you the location of your goods.

Has my ordered been dispatched yet?
When we dispatch your order, we (or the courier) will send a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details to let you know your order is on its way. If you have not received this email after 2 working days of placing an order please send us an email to info@aircushionboot.com

Can I ship to an alternative address?
The billing address and delivery address have to be the same when processing payment as discrepancies will be detected as fraudulent and the payment will not go through. Please contact us before payment if there are special circumstances where delivery to the billing address is an issue.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a dispatch email with a link to track your order.

Do I need to sign for my parcel?
All orders being delivered within the UK and most other destinations require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone will be present to sign for the delivery.

Will I need to pay duty on my delivery?
Orders shipped to certain locations outside the EU will usually have Duty and Customs charges added to them at the point of entry. This isn’t a price we are able to advise on or take responsibility for. Your local Tax Office will be able to offer further advice on these charges.

Do you deliver to BFPO or PO boxes?
It is possible to deliver orders to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses but it is down to the courier, they may not accept the address upon booking, in this circumstance we will refund you. You can contact us beforehand to check if the address if acceptable.

Are there any places you do not deliver to?
Due to various problems with overseas shipping, we do not send orders to Indonesia. We reserve the right to add/remove from this list at any time.

 

Returns

Our returns Policy
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days. Products must be returned in an unworn condition. If there is any evidence of *wear, either inside or outside we will not be able to refund you. 

Please return the shoes in their original box, enclose a note with a brief explanation for the reason for return, and if a replacement is required. We will pay the return shipping costs if the item was sent in error, or faulty.
Ensure that the box is in protective packaging as we cannot refund items that are damaged in the post. Please return goods using a tracked service for your own protection.

Please note that we cannot cover the cost of returning parcels from European and International destinations.

If you need to return an item, please use the return form in your account or Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

*If you lace up your footwear and walk around the leather will mark and crease. If you do return shoes that look worn we will return them back to you and may ask for additional postage costs to do so.

How long does it take to process my returns?
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
