In 1960 NPS were commissioned by Bill Griggs to make a brand new boot designed by Dr Maerten with a bouncing sole. The very first 'Dr Marten' boot came off the production line at the NPS factory on the 1st of April 1960. NPS have been making this same boot for over 50 years. Air Cushion Boot Company have commissioned a small run of the ORIGINAL CHERRY RED BOOT
featuring durable smooth leather, with the famous 'Solovair' heat sealed  'Air Cushion' Sole.
